• AI-powered customer relationship management (CRM) tools
• Automated chatbot and messaging services
• Integration with messaging platforms including WhatsApp Business
• Booking, ticketing, and lead management systems
• Analytics and reporting dashboards

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authority to enter into agreements
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

Our Service offers various subscription plans:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

6. WhatsApp Business Integration

When using our WhatsApp integration, you agree to:

• Comply with Meta's Platform Terms and WhatsApp Business Policy
• Obtain proper consent before messaging customers
• Not use the integration for spam or unauthorized marketing
• Provide accurate business information
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

7. Data and Content

Your Data: You retain all rights to the data and content you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

AI Processing: Our AI systems may analyze your data to provide responses and insights. This processing is subject to our Privacy Policy.

Backup: While we maintain backups, you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical data.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, and content, is owned by Synergy Gates and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

• We may terminate for violation of these Terms
• Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data may be deleted after a retention period

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiation between the parties
2. Mediation if negotiation fails
3. Binding arbitration as a final resort

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Synergy Gates
• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the rest remains in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive future enforcement
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our consent
